A few years ago, a close family friend passed away unexpectedly, and her family struggled for months to access her digital accounts. They couldn’t find passwords, important emails, subscription details, or even log into her social media to notify friends or close the accounts. Watching them navigate that stress is what inspired this business — the realisation that most people have no plan for their digital world, even though it holds so much of their life.
Digital Estate Concierge was created to ensure other families never have to experience that same overwhelm.
Digital Estate Concierge exists to help people feel more confident and in control of their digital lives.
